Ellen Koronet

Right Brain Cardio
I get stuck. A lot. And I know I’m not alone. One thing I know for sure (just in case Oprah asks me): game playing, movement, and laughter are NOT just “leisurely” pursuits. Shaking it all loose with hands-on creativity, puzzles, and games provides the traction needed to get out of the muck, back in gear, on the road again. We need to keep those muscles strong and juices flowing to make way for inspiration. In this workshop, we will roll up our sleeves and PLAY, using just a few of the many tools in my “toy box.”

Throughout her 30-year career as a focus group moderator and quantitative marketing researcher, Ellen Koronet has provided extensive support for the launch and repositioning of many financial, business-to-business, and pharmaceutical products. LNK Creative brings research, brainstorming, and innovation techniques to small and mid-sized businesses. She resides in Mt. Airy, MD. www.LNKCreative.com

Embracing the “Other” with Ginny Robertson
Ginny Robertson and I have been friends for 10 years. We have spent long hours talking about the emerging roles of women and the feminine spirit and we are ready to have a conversation with you…A real conversation about women and their relationships with other women. We believe that women have very important work to do at this time on our planet. We also believe that we can’t get that work done if we are distracted by issues that separate us. Embracing the “Other” is about women acknowledging that we have issues with other women. There are a multitude of reasons…Some of it is ancient and some of it is current. However, none of it is really the truth in the big scheme of things. In our time together you will have the opportunity to examine some of your beliefs about women, including you. Where did these strong-held beliefs come from? How do they impact your relationships with other women today? We are so much more alike as women than we are different based on all those things that can divide us. So we will also look at those things …race, religion, age, sexual orientation, economic status and how we judge the “Other.” Come and join us and gain some awareness, encouragement, inspiration and healing.

Sherry Burton Ways

The Energy of Color
Do you ever wonder why you’re more attracted to certain colors than others? One reason is that colors vibrate at different electromagnetic frequencies which, depending on your situation, can feel energetically harmonious or dissonant. The colors you choose in your home or office should say things about you: who you are; what you wish to express; what you need, what creates the environment that you desire. This is why, when you are moving into a new home or thinking of redecorating any space you already have, it is the perfect time to evaluate how to create a feel good space that brings out the best in you. A space that makes you feel peaceful as well as energetic; spacious as well as secure. One of the easiest and least expensive ways to spruce up your home is to give it a fresh, new coat of paint. When you do, it is important to select the right colors. Although what color you paint your home is a personal choice, you might consider a personalized color palette derived from the principles of Color Therapy. In this talk, Sherry will discuss the colors associated with your home’s life areas. As she introduces each color, she will explain the effects on the body, mind, and Chakras and will explain how the energy of that color can support specific healing goals. You will leave this workshop with a personalized color palette for your home that will uplift you and all the members of your family.
